Do you Know FMD?

MFD stands for foot-and-mouth disease. It's a infected disease related with cattle pig and so on..

Infected cattle was found in Miyazaki prefecture 20 April. Until yesterday, over　60,000 cattle were already killed.

I wouldn't like you to know that FMD is a terrible disease for not only stockbreeders but everyone who eats beef and pork in Japan and some people who love "Kobe Beef" or "Mastuzaka Beef"

I would like you to know current Japanese government's stupid action. Their action is too late and too small. For example, stockbreeders in Miyazaki prefecture have been faced on shortage of disinfectant and man power,but the Japanese minister of Agriculture had visited to foreign country until yesterday.

And there is a one more riddle thing which my friend who are living in Japan said there hasn't been much T.V news about it in Japan and then many Japanese don't know about it.

I don't know why the minister of agriculture didn't take care on his hand and Japanese medias didn't broadcast about it for people.

I don't know hot to help and improve this situation, but if the minister of agriculture and medias had coped with this situation. more cattle and stockbreeders would have been helped...

      

How did elephants learn to draw painting?

It's coronation day today. I watched  T.V. program about festival which was held near Loyal Palace tonight.

There were many elephants which was so pretty. One elephant show his or her excellent performance. It shook its hip and tail with music. It was so nice and impressive.

I've watched many elephant shows in Thailand. Before I came to Thailand, I wasn't much interested in elephant. But now, I'm crazy about elephants.

I watched elephant shows which elephants drew paintings like elephants flowers and so on.

This is a my moving video picture which was taken in Lamparn Northern Thailand last November.

    
I wondered how elephants learn to draw painting. If you know, please let me know.

Lastly, I hope long live the Thai King and Thai people.

My first writing

I'm making this blog written by English. Because I'm living in Bangkok and learning Thai now, so I've almost forgotten how to speak and write English.

So, this blog might help me to keep my English skills. uun..., I hope so.

If you find my mistake , don't hesitate to tell me! I will willingly accept your kindness.

So, it's first day. I should tell you about myself. I'm from Japan, and I'm still in my middle thirties    (still not already!!), and am a dentist.(or was a dentist. in this country I can't work as a dentist because  I don't have a Thai dental license.)

It's more difficult to tell myself than I expected.

I'm going to write what I think and what I feel in this country.

Recently, this country have been in political problem, Red shirts movement, of course I'm a foreigner in this country, so I shouldn't interfere this country's political system and problems.

I just think that losing many tourists and economical growth is not profitable for many Thais, and also this situation might be needed to improve country.(i'm neutral! not Reds) uun...I don't know. it's difficult....

I have one thing which I can guess Thai's mind.

We also have the Emperor, I think having the Emperor or King is absolutely lucky. It makes easier to unite nation. When our country decided to accept surrender in 1945, there were two groups in Japan. One group didn't want to accept surrender and thought keep fighting against US. in Japan.
Another one had opposite idea, but they couldn't decode.

Emperor Hirohito decided accept surrender against United Nations. I think this was very rare, you can see Iraq. What happened in Iraq? They didn't have their symbol and losing their political leader made their country chaotic.

If they had had a respected  symbol, situation would have been different.

I think that having King or the Emperor might be safety net for their country when country face big trouble which hardly to happen.

The situation surrounded Thai King and Japanese Emperor is different, but we both are very fortunate people, I think.....
